Services

Three systems. Start with one.

Every service starts from one belief: your people should spend their time on work only people can do. Each is a system we design, build and run inside your accounts. AI agents carry up to 99% of the work. Review and sign-off stay with a person.

I · Automated operations

Recurring work, delegated end to end.

Your team was hired for judgment, not for copying data between screens. So we rebuild the workflows that fill their week as one system. When something happens, like a new client signing or a document arriving, AI agents carry the work across your CRM, forms and drives. A person steps in only to approve.

What's included

  • Client intake and onboarding, from first meeting to funded accounts
  • Account opening and transfer packets assembled and pre-filled for signature
  • Documents named, filed and linked to the right household as they arrive
  • Meeting briefs generated before every review, follow-up tasks created after
  • Held-away statements read, reconciled and logged
  • An approval queue for the steps that need a person, and a log of every action

A good fit if your team spends its week moving information from one system to another.

II · Planning software management

Your planning software, kept current by the system.

A plan is only as good as the data under it, and an advisor's time belongs in the conversation, not in that data. The system reads statements and intake forms, checks them against your CRM, and keeps every household in your planning software current to your firm's standards. Anything unusual goes to a person, and seasonal projects are ready before your advisors need them.

What's included

  • Statements, intake forms and CRM records read and reconciled into your planning software
  • Anything that doesn't match flagged for a person before it's entered
  • Balances, accounts and goals kept current across every household
  • Firm standards for naming, assumptions and templates applied automatically
  • Households prepared ahead of review season and year-end projects, such as Roth conversion reviews
  • Stale accounts, duplicates and naming problems found and lined up for cleanup
  • A change log, household by household

A good fit if your planning software is behind and your advisors find out in the meeting.

Dacinia does not give investment advice and does not meet with your clients. Your advisors verify and present every plan.

III · AI and infrastructure

The foundation the system runs on.

AI agents are only as reliable as the systems under them. We set up and maintain what everything runs on: accounts, sign-in and security, the connections between your tools, and the AI assistants your team uses directly.

What's included

  • Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 setup and migration
  • Connections between your CRM, planning software, custodians and files, so data moves without retyping
  • Email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) so no one can send mail as your firm, plus phishing protection
  • Multi-factor sign-in, access limited to what each person needs, and regular access reviews
  • AI assistants for your team on business terms, with written rules for their use
  • Documentation for your compliance file

A good fit if your setup grew one app at a time and nobody owns how it fits together.

Pricing

Scoped per firm, priced up front.

After the first call you get a written scope and a price: a fixed price to build a system, a monthly fee to run and improve it, or both. Most firms start with one workflow and add others once it is running.

Questions

What firms ask first.

What does Dacinia do?

Dacinia designs, builds and runs automated systems for independent advisory firms, from RIAs to IAR offices. AI agents carry the recurring work across your CRM, planning software, custodial data and documents. A person at your firm reviews and approves the result.

What does “up to 99% automated” mean?

It's the share of a workflow's steps the system carries out on its own. The step that remains is review and sign-off, and that stays with a person at your firm. The share varies by workflow, and we document it for each one.

Does Dacinia give investment advice or contact our clients?

No. Dacinia is not a registered investment adviser and does not give investment, tax or legal advice. It doesn't meet with or contact your clients. Anything a client sees is approved and sent by your people.

Which systems do you work with?

CRMs such as Redtail, Wealthbox and HubSpot; planning software such as eMoney, MoneyGuide and RightCapital; Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; custodian and portfolio platforms; e-signature; shared drives and spreadsheets. When a tool has no direct connection, the system can work through its website the way a person would.

Where does our data live?

In your own systems. The agents work inside your accounts with the access you grant, AI models run under business terms that exclude training on your data, and every automated action is logged for your compliance file.

How is it priced, and how do we start?

Start with a 30-minute call. Afterward you get a written scope and a price: a fixed price to build a system, a monthly fee to run and improve it, or both. Most firms start with one workflow.
