About
Built by the person who runs it.
Dacinia isn't an agency that hands you a login and moves on. It's one person who sets the systems up, writes them down, and keeps them running.
I · Matthew D'Elia
You work with Matthew directly.
Matthew D'Elia started Dacinia in 2023 to give small businesses and non-profits the key digital infrastructure large companies take for granted: a website they own, email and files that work, search listings kept accurate, and security that holds. He builds and runs it himself, which is why a client never waits on a ticket queue.
Before Dacinia: enterprise sales at ADP, operations for a Pennsylvania winery, and an MBA from Moravian University. He has run the technology for businesses from a vineyard to a construction company, and the method is the same every time: set it up properly, write it down, keep it current.

II · The name
The work behind the monument.
Dacia was a Roman province beyond the Danube. Its gold is traditionally credited with paying for Trajan's Forum in Rome. The monument got the credit; the province did the work behind it. That's the job Dacinia takes on for a business: the work behind everything your customers see.
Why reach back to Rome? Matthew's family is Italian on both sides. If the last name didn't give that away, the hair probably did.
